Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends within the fertility industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinics, healthcare providers, and referral networks.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Manage the organization's website, SEO, and content to ensure optimal online presence.
- Identify and pursue partnerships to drive business development opportunities.
- Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing initiatives and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on business development efforts and marketing performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the healthcare or fertility sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
