Overview of the role:

Coordinate with the marketing and events team, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver seamless marketing communications and event activities. Support reporting, research, branding, event setups, inventory management, and administrative tasks as needed.


What you will do:

Graphic Design & Creative Support:

  • Assist in the design and creation of marketing collateral, including digital and print materials such as flyers, banners, brochures, and event signage, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Real Estate Research & Market Insights:

  • Utilize real estate research tools like REdin to gather insights, perform market analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing strategies and campaigns in the retail and real estate sectors.

PowerPoint Presentations:

  • Develop visually compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and clients, to communicate marketing strategies and performance.

Collaboration with Printing Suppliers:

  • Liaise with printing vendors and suppliers to manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality control, meeting deadlines, and optimizing costs.

Inventory Management of Marketing Assets:

  • Maintain and track inventory of marketing materials, ensuring proper storage, timely restocking, and organization of physical assets such as brochures, signage, and promotional items.

Lead & Conversion reporting:

  • Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics for various marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze lead sources, and conversion rates, and provide insights on optimizing the funnel for improved campaign effectiveness.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and other partners, ensuring all deliverables are completed to specification and within agreed timelines and budgets.

Marketing Campaign Reporting:

  • Assist in tracking and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Customer Feedback Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and insights through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions, helping to inform and refine marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting scheduling, project tracking, document preparation, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency within the department.

Required skills to be successful:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in Marketing department
  • Excellent PowerPoint & Excel knowledge
  • Graphic design abilities added advantage
  • Knowledge of various social media terms and applications/website/database generation/events and promotions assistance.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in Marketing
