Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi (Work from Office)

Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant who can support the Marketing Head, supervise the market team, ensure timely follow-ups, and assist in general marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have prior UAE experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the Marketing Head in executing daily marketing tasks.
• Supervise and coordinate the field marketing team to ensure tasks and targets are met.
• Follow up on field reports, market campaigns, and team updates.
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms.
• Maintain and organize marketing records, reports, and communication.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and updates as required.
• Conduct market research and gather feedback for improvements.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Marketing Head.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the UAE in a marketing or related role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be available to work from the office in Abu Dhabi.
