Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing and Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer service interactions, and enhancing communication efforts. The role also includes handling public relations activities to promote our brand and increase our market presence.

Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support
1. Manage office administrative tasks, including maintaining important files (both digital and physical).
2. Organize and update the CEO’s calendar as needed.
3. Prepare presentations and reports.
4. Answer incoming calls and provide administrative assistance to all departments.
5. Check and respond to daily emails, coordinating with various departments such as external customers, sales teams, suppliers, logistics, and delivery services.
2. E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
1. Promote products on e-commerce platforms.
2. Manage brand marketing, advertising, and social media accounts.
3. Assist in increasing online sales and organizing pop-up events.
3. Website & E-Commerce Management
1. Oversee website operations, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
2. Process and manage online customer orders through the website.
3. Coordinate with external developers to enhance website performance and ensure updates are implemented.
4. Event Management
1. Plan and organize company events and venues as required.
5. General Support
1. Handle additional tasks assigned by management to support company operations.
2. Execute duties under the guidance and approval of management.
