Marketing And Communications Officer

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the creation and delivery of digital content across all of the Emirates Dubai 7s & The Sevens Stadium projects including the development of a clear digital content strategy, and management of all social media channels. This includes the capture & creation of graphic & video content for multiple stakeholders within the business.

Qualifications & Experience:
Marketing & Media Communication. Advertising: 5+ Years
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent): Degree in Communications, Digital production, Social media or the equivalent.
Experienced content creator who has worked in businesses with multiple stakeholders and strategic communications environments. Experienced in working with multiple divisions and/or departments. Exposure to the Media, Advertising industries would be desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Strong camera skills both in photo and video formats with strong design, photography and art direction understanding.
2. Good understanding of all social media platforms and the development of appropriate interactive and engaging content to maximise reach.
3. Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite in particular Photoshop, XD, Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat or a similar suite.
4. Experience with video, photo editing and creating animations in After Effects or Premiere Pro or the like is an advantage.
5. A team player, willing to work in a friendly but fast-paced dynamic environment.
6. Happy working across multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong attention to detail from brief to delivery and highly organised with copywriting skills would be beneficial.
8. An understanding of digital advertising via social media channels and trends would be beneficial.
9. Have a keen interest in the sports industry, new technology (including AI) and new applications.
