Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communication Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies, manage brand communications, and enhance audience engagement. The role involves creating content, overseeing digital and offline campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with media and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and public relations activities.
  • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and promotional activities to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and product teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management.
  • Experience in event planning, public relations, and media coordination.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and present actionable insights.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
