Marketing Analyst & Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst & Graphic Designer to join our Commercial Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in graphic design, market research, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research real estate market trends & prepare reports
• Develop area guides & investment prospectuses
• Design brochures, landing pages, sales offers & other marketing assets
• Maintain databases & execute targeted marketing campaigns
• Support lead generation & track commercial property trends

What Were Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Strong portfolio of digital & print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative mindset
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
