Marine Operations Supervisor

To assist and report to the Head of Operations/Head of Marine Assurance on day-to-day operations of the company's vessels under your control.

24x7 point of contact for all operations and crewing requirements for vessels under your control.

Responsible for planning, recruiting, and monitoring crew, not limited to as stated in Annex I.

Responsible for operational activities of the vessel under your control, not limited to as stated in Annex II.

Liaise with other departments, clients, ships, and port agents (onshore and offshore) for movement of vessel and crew.

Supervise and administer assistants and coordinators for effective functioning of the department.

Supervise travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements.

Negotiate manning fees as per budget and prepare manning agreements. Ensure all are signed and coordinate if any authentications from consulates/embassies are required.

Ensure departmental KPIs are maintained and improved from previous quarters.

Verify all crewing activity invoices prior to forwarding to the Head of Department.

Coordinate with agents and clients for all vessel and crew requirements.

Pay: From AED 5,500.00 per month
