Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of marine operations, including crewing and offshore vessel chartering.
2. Coordinate with manning agents for crew selection, onboarding, and management.
3. Ensure compliance with international and local maritime laws and regulations.
4. Monitor vessel performance and maintenance schedules.
5. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with chartering teams to secure and manage vessel charters.
7. Lead and mentor a team of marine & crewing professionals.
