Marine Energy Trading Manager

Fratelli Cosulich Middle East DMCC is looking for a Marine Energy Trading Manager to join the Team in Dubai.

ACTIVITIES:

1. Strengthen the commercial presence of Fratelli Cosulich in the area (Middle East, India, Sri Lanka)
2. Develop and evaluate new business opportunities
3. Manage relationships with key customers and suppliers
4. Coordinate and assist in team structuring
5. Make wise purchasing decisions on behalf of the company
6. Marine fuel trading on a global basis
7. Coordinate with other Group offices for joint commercial activities
8. Reporting to the commercial director

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proven experience in the bunker industry and in the technical aspects of commercially available fuels
2. Ability to motivate a team
3. Good sales track record and customer portfolio
4. Excellent analytical and reporting skills, rigorous attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and direct feedback, set expectations and connect with people
6. Ability to understand, challenge and prioritise business and technical concepts
7. Loyalty and a team player attitude, with a focus on long-term rather than short-term gains
8. Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral)
