Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Affera 3D mapping Product management responsibilities such as developing product/service messaging, supporting Future Mappers, serving as the technical expert and supporting with product launches
Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, SW functionalities, pump and accessories)
Work closely with the education team and support the development of training centres
Stay abreast of all products information across the Medtronic CAS portfolio, instructions for use (IFU) and relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information
Ability to manage high-stress situations with a clear problem-solving mindset
Provide mentoring for new Medtronic colleagues and peers as requested
Update and document activities in the CRM tool.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines
5+ years of clinical EP experience
Proven success record of launching and promoting EP solutions
Minimum of 5 years of successful independent support of EP mapping procedures.
