Work closely with the design team to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability.
Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development.
Define a detailed process flow for assigned part numbers, including determining manufacturing processes, resources, bottlenecks, risks, and capacity calculation.
Working according to the Product Realization Procedure and the Manufacturing Engineering Change Management Procedure.
Implement most effective and suitable manufacturing techniques such as CNC machining, injection molding, casting, forging, and additive manufacturing to improve lead time, reduce costs, and meet quality.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and product quality.
Analyse product specifications and manufacturing capabilities to improve and optimize processes.
Implementing problem solving and continuous improvement.
Adhering to related standards and preparing required documentations associated with the above responsibilities, insuring on-time delivery and working according to the internal standards and procedures.
Main Requirements:
0-4 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering in the defence, aerospace, automotive or energy industry.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
