Job Description

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Perform cost analysis and budgeting for manufacturing projects to ensure financial viability.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies to enhance team capabilities.
• Participate in product design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability and material selection.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines in all manufacturing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience with CAD software and simulation tools to effectively visualize and analyze manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing technologies pertinent to the industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and innovative solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety in all manufacturing practices.
