Job description

Evaluate & ensure safe work environment in the shop.
Ability to work under limited supervision using standard practices.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings (DWGs).
Ability to create 3D models and CNC programs as per DWG requirements.
Standardize tooling.
Prepare cost and benefit reports (cost savings of improvement projects).
Train operators in detail for the machine operations and setups.
Sustain 5S & Lean practice initialization.
Work within the allowed time and ensure meeting departmental goals.
Special projects as advised by the supervisor.
