Recruiter4You has been tasked to find a Mandarin Speaking Java Software Engineer willing to relocate to Malta and join the team at their new office. Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential for business communication.
• Strong analytical, research, investigative, and evaluation skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address and resolve issues.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable engaging directly with end-users.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and across different time zones.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as HTML, Java, and SQL.
• Experience with software testing, particularly black-box testing.
• Knowledge of the Spring framework is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for system-related issues.
• Assist in enhancing system functionality.
• Identify, document, and address user requirements and concerns.
• Take ownership of all issues raised, ensuring they are resolved to closure, regardless of the development team's involvement.
• Maintain a knowledge base that includes known defects, issues, processes, and techniques, and manage problem tickets effectively.
• Conduct application testing, support client application testing, and compile and summarize test results.
• Manage communications with clients and the team, as well as web reports and other necessary documentation.
• Participate in database queries to assist with issue investigation.
