Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be the essential link between our project delivery capability and our business objectives. This role involves supporting the successful completion of software feature analysis, development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will be methodical, possess excellent time management skills, and demonstrate strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with various teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Clearly articulate and document business requirements
2. Engage with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs in system design
3. Provide end-to-end project management and monitor project progress
4. Ensure timely project delivery while meeting quality standards
5. Participate in and contribute to project activities, including Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation
6. Assess risks associated with various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
7. Build rapport with clients to ensure accurate project delivery as per requirements
8. Review and identify operational gaps for business improvements and propose action plans
9. Continuously seek ways to improve monitoring, identify issues, and enhance customer value
10. Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigating measures to manage them
11. Evaluate service requests for system enhancements and maintenance
12. Maintain and develop documentation for the relevant area
13. Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
14. Understand and embrace the strategic direction of both the business and IT
15. Foster a high-performance working culture within teams
16. Establish and monitor team members' KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

1. Strong educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering
2. Fluent in English and Chinese for business communication
3. Over 4 years of experience as a project manager with a proven track record in delivering sizeable projects end to end
4. Self-starter capable of prioritizing and planning complex work in a dynamic environment
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
6. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
7. Exceptional organization and time management skills
8. Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
9. Strong conceptual and analytical skills, demonstrating innovative problem-solving abilities
10. Proficient in written, verbal, and presentation skills
11. Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
12. Familiarity with JIRA software
