Job description

Madison Pearl have been mandated by one of the most prominent regional asset managers. They are looking to hire an institutional sales managing director with 15+ years of experience selling alternative products. The ideal candidate would have an impressive track record of selling to family offices, pensions, SWFs and UHNWIs in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients.
  • Design and apply a distribution strategy for the purpose of fundraising.
  • Lead fundraising campaigns, coordinating with senior leadership.
  • Manage a team of institutional sales professionals.
  • Supervise the creation of investor marketing materials.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in roles related to fundraising/capital raising/institutional sales for an asset management firm.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or any related field.
  • Strong existing network of family offices, UHNWIs and pension funds in the GCC.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to elaborate on investment strategies.
