Job Title: Managing Director - IT Sector

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive growth, innovation, and profitability in the IT sector.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives in a competitive market.
• Oversee operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and global IT standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role within the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Track record of achieving business growth and managing large-scale operations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Middle East IT market and familiarity with regional business practices.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or similar credentials.
