The Value Proposition team is responsible for a number of crucial projects and changes that will be delivered across Private and Priority Banking impacting customers, business operations and products. The projects initiated by the team have an impact on over 20K clients with an annual revenue in excess AED 1 Billion.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our EIWM Value Proposition team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our offering across Wealth Management (focusing on Priority and Private Banking segments) and driving performance and quality. This includes, but not limited to, strategizing & designing market propositions, enhancing front line productivity and identifying market differentiation methods to capture market share/ raise brand awareness and loyalty. This role will work closely with Group Strategy, Operations, Transformation and Sales amongst others to identify opportunities for growth, streamline sales processes and deliver on key business priorities.

There are 4 key verticals the Manager will be working across:

1. Segment/Product Strategy

2. Customer Acquisition and Retention

3. Market Proposition

4. Performance Improvement (e.g. Sales Effectiveness)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies in-line with Management and business objectives
  • Identify and develop meaningful trends from existing data to help determine focus areas for change and improvement
  • Perform periodic competitor and industry benchmarking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offering, drive revenue and improve customer experience
  • Lead annual and ad-hoc projects
  • Develop strategies improve sales effectiveness, with a focus on both short-term gains and long-term growth
  • Identify growth areas and design targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue/ improve customer experience
  • Identify all customer impacting business units and deep-dive into performance, BAU processes and systems to identify synergistic opportunities and reduce process waste

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FS Consulting or Banking and Wealth/Asset Management - Big 4 or MBB background (desirable)
  • CFA or equivalent FS qualification (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Attention to detail and passion for innovation
  • Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity within the team by leading by example, inspiring junior team members and successfully developing strong internal and external networks
