The Value Proposition team is responsible for a number of crucial projects and changes that will be delivered across Private and Priority Banking impacting customers, business operations and products. The projects initiated by the team have an impact on over 20K clients with an annual revenue in excess AED 1 Billion.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our EIWM Value Proposition team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our offering across Wealth Management (focusing on Priority and Private Banking segments) and driving performance and quality. This includes, but not limited to, strategizing & designing market propositions, enhancing front line productivity and identifying market differentiation methods to capture market share/ raise brand awareness and loyalty. This role will work closely with Group Strategy, Operations, Transformation and Sales amongst others to identify opportunities for growth, streamline sales processes and deliver on key business priorities.
