Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and delivery of best-in-class learning and leadership development programs.
Utilize the latest technologies, learning design theories, and instructional design methodologies to create best-in-class experiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through business and people metrics.
Develop and execute leadership development programs to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
Deliver one-on-one coaching to senior managers to enhance performance and career growth.
Lead the execution of programs and development projects, ensuring a best-in-class experience and measurable impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader business processes.
Develop and execute communication strategies to promote learning programs and initiatives.
Partner with internal communications to highlight success stories and encourage participation in development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or related roles.
