Oversee and manage the entire end-to-end recruitment life cycle, effectively closing critical roles in non-technical departments while proactively building talent pipelines.
Engage in strategic stakeholder management, including collaborating with C-suite executives (VP & SVPs) to align hiring needs and strategies for leadership roles.
Develop and implement both short-term and long-term recruitment strategies to address key hiring challenges
Utilize a diverse range of sourcing channels to identify and attract high-potential candidates, including career portals and vendors
