Manager Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize recruitment activities in handling sourcing of manpower as per approved Manpower plan.
2. Responsible for leading the full 360’ recruitment process for HungerStation Tech.
3. Sourcing and relocating top talent from around the world.
4. Partner with key stakeholders, leaders, and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes, and metrics while developing innovative ways to meet HungerStation's constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
5. Facilitate the processing involved in recruiting suitable candidates. This function includes paper screening, short-listing, arranging interviews, and assessment, among others.
6. Place announcements for job vacancies on internal and external channels to generate as many potential applicants for required vacancies.
7. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost-effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
8. Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.
