Develop and monitor short- and long-term demand plan for enterprise and consumer channels as per forecast and consumption trend.
Monitor CAPEX budget spend and utilization. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure available budget for product ordering.
Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
Minimize the risk of obsolescence stock, both in sales channels and at the warehouse, by managing stock levels and liaising with various Commercial functions.
Serve as the first point of contact for partner questions, including order placement, scheduling delivery, and reporting.
Identify and provide coaching and developmental training as needed to enhance staff skills and team spirit.
Prepare and issue periodic management reports and organize meetings with channels on stock status for products, highlighting risks and escalations as required.
Forecast execution and performance reviews on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. Develop and implement a replenishment process to optimize.
Manage the product lifecycle and coordinate with vendors/other departments in implementing new requirements and specifications to ensure delivery of quality products.
Responsible for the performance management of third-party logistics providers to ensure satisfactory performance.
Perform regular reviews to ensure SLAs/OLAs are met and ensure accuracy of product quality and activation process through regular quality control checks.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 7-12 years in Supply Chain and/or Operations, with at least 2 years in people management. Marketing experience is helpful.
Previous demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management experience required; marketing and lifecycle management recommended.
Good working knowledge of key telecom elements on both the technical and Commercial sides.
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering required; Masters or MBA preferred.
