Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end production of high-end podcasts, studio content, documentaries, and learning videos.
2. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts to deliver impactful visual narratives.
3. Execute filming, directing, and editing with a strong emphasis on quality, detail, and innovation.
4. Oversee the functionality and maintenance of studio equipment, ensuring readiness for all productions.
5. Collaborate with teams to integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies into workflows.
6. Mentor graphic designers and editors, fostering skill development and creativity.
7. Work closely with content strategists, Business Head, Sales Training Head, and other stakeholders to align video projects with strategic objectives.

Quality Assurance & Innovation:

1. Ensure all outputs meet the highest standards of production quality and brand guidelines.
2. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative techniques to enhance content engagement.

Project Management:

1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
2. Prepare project timelines, budgets, and reports for leadership reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in advanced editing or filmmaking is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience in videography and editing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in high-end podcast production, studio content creation, and documentary filmmaking.
• Hands-on experience with high-engagement learning videos and multimedia blogs.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Expertise in operating advanced filming equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound systems.
• Knowledge of post-production techniques such as color grading, motion graphics, and sound editing.
• Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media posts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, ensuring timely delivery of content.
