As a Manager at ELLVEE, you will typically work in small but collaborative teams, wear multiple hats, and play an active role in several aspects of client engagement.

Key activities will revolve around:

• Internal firm initiatives

The role will see you service clients across:

• Advisory Services
• Event Hosting

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage project teams, including project timelines, deliverables, and resources ensuring timely delivery and quality of client deliverables.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Support and lead project teams on conducting complex data analyses & market research based on project needs.
• Facilitate workshops & strategic discussions with clients.
• Coordinate internal teams, including leading junior team members and ensuring smooth upward management with project leadership to drive successful project outcomes.

Business Development

• Support ELLVEE leadership on business relationships with existing and new clients.
• Build productive relationships with existing and new clients.
• Structure and support teams on responses to RFPs, tenders, etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions & competitor activities.
• Represent ELLVEE at relevant industry conferences and events.

Internal firm initiatives

• Manage & mentor a team of Associates, Sr. Associates & Interns to ensure their professional development & growth.
• Foster a positive & collaborative work environment and contribute towards the culture of ELLVEE.
• Deliver internal knowledge shares in areas of your expertise.
• Contribute to internal firm growth across key areas.
• Continuously upgrade personal knowledge & skills.

Skills Requirements for the role:

• Strong passion for sport and entertainment.
• Proven academic background with demonstrable strategy consulting experience.
• Prior experience in managing teams.
• A natural collaborator with a team mindset and strong relationship building skills.
• Motivated and adaptable with the willingness and ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills (fluency in English is a must, Arabic speaking candidates are preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel for project needs.
• Ambassador to represent and reinforce our values, both externally and within our team.
