Job Description

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As a Specialty Outlet Manager, you are responsible for the short and long-term planning and management of the respective outlet operations in the front and back of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Prepare schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within the limits of the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
  2. Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOPs.
  3. Evaluate the performance of the assigned team and initiate internal development and promotions.
  4. Responsible for the timely setup of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours.
  5. Handle the welcome and seating of arriving guests with the assistance of the Hostess.
  6. Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with the outlet patrons.
  7. Establish and update the outlet's database of regular guests.
  8. Tour the outlet and all related areas frequently, ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  9. Be actively involved in the outlet's promotional activities.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You must be a college/university degree graduate with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably with previous experience in the Middle East. You should be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
