We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Middle East. The role involves hunting for new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the Middle East.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
3. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
4. Work with Inside Sales and Pre-Sales teams in India for support.
5. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Male candidates only.
2. 10-15 years of sales experience, with 5+ years of local experience in the Middle East (preferably in Dubai).
3. Proven track record in HR Tech/Payroll Services sales.
4. Strong communication and sales hunting skills.
5. Graduate (preference for post-graduate).
6. Self-driving (must have a car).
