Eligibility:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, or any related discipline from a reputed business school.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years as a Sales Manager in the logistics business in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Management:

• Lead all marketing efforts for the Flexitank product line in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and optimize costs related to marketing activities.

Sales Leadership:

• Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Design tailored sales strategies for diverse customer segments.
• Strengthen and develop the sales team to support growth initiatives.

Client Engagement and Satisfaction:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Campaign and Communication:

• Update marketing materials and drive strategic partnerships.
• Oversee marketing activities for other company products and ensure clear communication.

Operational Excellence:

• Supervise pre-sales and post-sales teams for effective order execution.
• Implement and train staff on ISO 45001:2018 (OHSAS) management systems.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Overview: The Manager - Sales and Marketing will lead marketing activities and collaborate with the management team across Rishi FIBC, GreenPro Nettings, and GreenPro Ventures. This role entails developing and executing marketing plans to ensure business growth while establishing the company as a global leader in Flexitank and related markets.
