Job description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Growth Pipeline management for MENA region;
  2. Monthly follow-up with Sales Team on key pipeline updates;
  3. Follow up with other Departments (Pricing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing) on the status of pipeline requirements;
  4. Preparation of the monthly EMEA pipeline review and discuss with the MD prior to the call to align on all opportunity updates;
  5. Salesforce training and support to MENA Sales Team;
  6. Consolidation of data from Sales Managers for the potential growth projects with Product Management and Pricing Departments;
  7. Organizing weekly sales forecast calls and managing numbers to ensure weekly flash reporting is consistent. Challenging sales team to bridge shortfalls, driving discussion with Supply Chain to maximize fill rates, and following up order deliveries with Customer Service;
  8. Working regularly with Customer Service on improving the service that we provide for order deliveries to our customers;
  9. MENA AR management: Supporting the Sales & Finance teams with regular follow-up on key monthly AR status and targets;
  10. Define and design presentation decks for sales team meetings to align discussions on specific subjects and tracking key actions.

Qualifications Or Functional Experience

  1. Strong analytical skills, and very good ability to work with numbers: This is needed for managing growth pipeline and other projects;
  2. Very good communication skills: To be able to work with Sales Team and other departments in the organization efficiently;
  3. Sales Exposure: Previous experience in a sales-driven environment in an analytical or sales support function is required;
  4. Strong software skills: To manage Salesforce and growth pipeline efficiently;
  5. Strong organization and planning skills: To manage projects efficiently with all concerned parties and departments;
  6. Very good command of written and spoken English language;
  7. Active Personality with Drive to Win attitude;
  8. Ability to learn new concepts: This is crucial for new product knowledge and understanding company philosophy/strategy;
  9. Multinational Organization Exposure: Previous work experience in a multinational company is required.
