Job Description

What's on your plate?

  1. Drive engagement with CPGs and suppliers to drive their growth through in-app campaigns and ad revenue.
  2. Work with CPGs and advertisers to drive investment in the platform, and increase investment through in-app visibility, acting as a subject matter expert for their growth on talabat.
  3. Establish excellent relationships and close brand marketing deals among partners from Grocery, Retail, and Pharma verticals.
  4. Support in the management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns.
  5. Plan and execute tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth.
  6. Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products.
  7. Proactively recommend and support in the development and implementation of new strategies to boost volume growth, while keeping margins on target.
  8. Analyze all ongoing campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget management.
  9. Participate with the Product team to understand application features on how to utilize them in executing campaigns.
  10. Drive improvements to our processes through firsthand experience to enable scaling our retail media operation.

What did we order?

  1. You gained 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising roles, ideally in a leading e-commerce retailer or advertising/media agency.
  2. Client-facing experience working with senior-level stakeholders and extensive existing network.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital media agency or related field, or comparable experience working with retail media platforms.
  4. You have a strong customer-centric mindset, are passionate about retail, and have a proven track record of delivering impactful, valuable paid marketing campaigns.
  5. Hands-on entrepreneurial mentality; you take ownership and are self-starting to find opportunity in ambiguity.
  6. You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. You have experience working in dynamic matrix organizations.
  8. You are confident working closely with data and product teams.
  9. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to make the complex appear simple.
  10. Verbal & written fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
