To provide leadership, management and operational insight for the People & Performance services, policies, procedures and programs for the entire Company, with the objective of ensuring all the necessary human resources to achieve its business plans in the short, medium and long term, in accordance with the organizational objectives, strategies and plans. This role will act as a strategic advisor to the management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design HR strategy in line with overall organizational strategy and cascade it to all HR functions.
Act as a thought leader and key enabler on the scope and delivery of service offerings of the department.
Facilitate with NRC and Board Members, employees and stakeholders at all levels in the organizational and social hierarchy.
Build network with HR professionals outside the company through conferences, knowledge sharing forums, etc. to be up-to-date on new HR systems, competitor's initiatives and market trends.
Manage and oversee the third party activities (vendors / consultants) hired by the company for initiatives / projects in People & Performance Department to ensure creation of systems and processes that work best for the organization.
Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain efficient operational excellence across the company.
Ensuring clear communication from People & Performance Department regarding Human Resources functions, guidelines, processes and understanding of the same from employee’s side.
Ensure industry best practices are introduced throughout the company.
Develop annual goals and budgets for the People & Performance Department ensuring it operates within agreed upon goals and budgets.
Collaborate with Finance Department on budget related issues and ensure transparency in all financial matters.
Review and advise on all performance management activities for employees including performance planning and monitoring, end of year performance assessment and performance development.
