Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement programs that support ZU in becoming a great place to work and a premier higher education institution in the region.
2. Provide leadership to design, develop, and implement innovative workplace initiatives that contribute to increased organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
3. Support other HR program areas for strategic initiatives and projects.
4. Develop HR policy and procedures, and conduct major reviews of existing policy, procedures, and business processes to support strategic initiatives.
5. Build and develop strategic partnerships with ZU management and the external HC community to support and influence HC short and long-term business goals and strategies.
