Manager | Operations & Maintenance Procurement | UAE Nationals Only

The Manager of Procurement Operations & Maintenance will manage and control the purchasing, tendering, contracting, and material handling for operations and maintenance categories. This strategic role ensures optimal price, quality, and delivery conditions, working with validated suppliers and improving procurement processes across RTA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchasing, control, and documentation of items, ensuring efficient supply, inventory, and warehouse management.
• Develop and implement purchasing management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze market and delivery systems to ensure present and future material availability.
• Negotiate major purchases and develop contracts with suppliers to optimize costs and efficiencies.
• Oversee the preparation of tenders and contracts for operations and maintenance needs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or Accounting.
• Extensive experience in tender evaluation and supply chain management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Computer-literate with proficiency in a variety of software applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
