Implement and execute all the products and services marketing strategies and activities to generate sales leads and meet business targets.
Manage the delivery of the marketing coordinator to meet/accomplish agreed business objectives and synchronise across other AD Ports Group or its businesses activities.
Accountable for, and reports to, the Director of Marketing & Communications all marketing KPIs and business ROIs generated from conducted marketing campaigns and activities.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Drive and represent the marketing workstream that services AD Ports Group sustainability department, AD Maritime and all internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and execute all marketing activities and translate their strategies into integrated annual plans, campaigns and tactical deliverables intended to achieve agreed KPIs.
Enforce the development and delivery of annual plans, campaigns and activities in collaboration with the Marketing Intelligence & Research Team, assigned Marketing Communications Managers for AD Ports Group and businesses and working closely with the wider CMC team (Marketing, Branding and Communications functions) to:
Build reputation and position AD Maritime and the rest of the department stakeholders.
Generate business sales leads and drive customer acquisitions.
Increase brand awareness in set market/s.
Organise integrated marketing activities: advertising, direct marketing, PR, social media, digital marketing, events and experiential marketing activations, etc.
Implement (while working closely with the Brand team) marketing campaigns and project plans that span across all forms of marketing: digital, online (website), social media, event and experiential, branded content and collateral.
Collaborate with the wider team to produce fully integrated campaigns and promotional efforts to continuously market AD Maritime and its businesses.
Coordinate and align with the Operations & Planning function, internal team and external teams, establishing clear milestones, deliverables and responsibilities, tracking and overseeing budgets, managing and problem-solving issues or risks.
Oversee the assigned marketing coordinator for the businesses ensuring effective leading of meetings, clear communication of business objectives and assigned responsibilities, tracking and measuring against deadlines.
People Management Responsibilities:
Manage and steer the direct reports towards achieving set objectives, ensuring personal growth and learning development needs are met.
Monitor direct reports and hold team members accountable for ensuring marketing deliverables are best-in-class, aligned to the agreed objectives, budgets and timeframes.
Define and assess annual and quarterly KPIs for the direct reports.
Counsel and guide the direct reports, carry out annual performance appraisals and address capability and disciplinary issues when required.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Director to develop annual marketing strategies for existing/new products or services.
Assist in the review and evaluation of AD Maritime businesses product or service offerings against periodic market and consumer research.
Work with the internal research and data specialists, or the organisations research department, to understand target markets, audiences, competitors, the value propositions and differentiators for each of the businesses.
Monitor and assess key trends from market and consumer research considering key trends (key consumer drivers/attitudes and competitors activities) that may impact AD Maritime or its businesses and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
Track and report KPIs and business ROIs on all marketing projects, campaigns, events and recommend changes as required.
Drive and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required with an emphasis in Marketing.
Proficient in the use of MS Office programmes.
Proficient in analysis of data and research for marketing.
