Work with Key Accounts Director to develop and execute strategies for a specific key account aiming for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share.
Understand specific key clients' needs, support in developing proposals and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives.
Analyze market data and trends to identify potential growth opportunities and build key accounts strategic perspective.
Ensure to maintain a strong relationship with the key account, understand needs and challenges, and resolve any issue or complaint with other AD Ports Group departments.
Assist in the transition of the key accounts into Global accounts with AD Ports Group growing international footprint expansion to service the key accounts across various geographical clusters.
Implement key account management processes and ensure to have accurate data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Track, report and present data on specific key account performance, including revenue, retention, and satisfaction.
Attend trade shows and industry events to network with key clients and prospects and conduct market research.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
