Manager IT Infrastructure and Network

Job Description

Accountability for IT Service Delivery and Operations:

1. Managing and enhancing ITIL based Service Desk covering Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices.
2. Establishing SLAs & OLAs, along with workforce planning and management.
3. KPI planning, management, monitoring, enforcement, and continuous improvement of deployed IT services.
4. Implementing and monitoring continuous data and systems backup, testing, and recovery practices.
5. Overall accountability for IT hardware and software inventories.
6. Accountable for all IT Service Desk data and logs, covering SR, Incidents, Changes, CI’s, CMDB, and inventories.
7. Managing the IT procurement processes for key infrastructure projects and initiatives, including SoW, RFP, tendering, and implementation.

Network, Security, and Communication:

1. Technical designing, implementation, and management of data centers, infrastructure, network & security, systems, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
2. Creating infrastructure, systems, and server standards, policies, and OLAs.
3. Responsible for major changes and releases, architecture improvements, network and data security, and automation of IT infrastructure monitoring and management processes.
4. Maintaining and ensuring network and security infrastructure is aligned as per the 5 years technology plan/roadmap.
5. Performing network audit and analysis of existing networks to identify areas of improvement.
6. Managing and ensuring IT Disaster Recovery solutions are updated, tested, and operated correctly during disasters, thereby ensuring business continuity.
7. Owning and managing AMCs for all network, communication, and security technologies.

Servers, Systems & Storage:

1. Managing capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
2. Enforcing the Identity and Access Management policies and processes across the group.
3. Leading the design and implementation of servers, storage, and systems across the group.
4. Owning and managing AMCs for all servers, storage, and systems.
