Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for driving and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication, grievance handling, counselling, establishment, and maintenance of communication channels.
2. Facilitate the creation of a world-class working environment that will attract and retain the highest calibre of people.
3. Drive and execute HR strategies to support and achieve employee relation activities.
4. Conduct governance meetings and share insights with leadership around people-related metrics.
5. Responsible for all employee communication and grievance management.
6. Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends.
7. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and ensure that it is at expected levels.
8. Facilitate the driving of organizational culture.
9. Facilitate (through multiple initiatives) and maintain high morale and teamwork resulting in high employee satisfaction.
10. Dealing with issues of employee (in) discipline and maintaining employee relations resulting in a fun-filled workplace amidst high performance orientation.
11. Ensure regular communication happens from top management in the form of town halls and meetings.
12. Assist in driving location-level employee engagement events.
13. Plan and execute employee communication on the floor along with operations.
14. Conduct employee skips and report out and drive actions to closure.
15. Assist in employee-related documentation and filing of disciplinary cases with the central filing team.
16. Connect with new hires and drive retention within the 90-day bracket.

Desired & Mandatory Skills:

1. University degree is a mandate.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Influencing, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
5. Willingness to work in late evening/night shifts is a must.
