Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program and keep track of compliance fulfillment across all departments.
Communicate compliance requirements and changes to employees regularly and work with Rewards and OD team to provide compliance-related trainings to the staff.
Conduct investigations into any employee’s fraud activities and violations of Labor Law and its implementing regulations.
Prepare reports related to the conducted investigations and provide recommendations.
Handle files of legal cases for all types of disputes as instructed by management.
Initiate any legal action necessary to protect e&’s legal rights/interests and/or to collect outstanding entitlements.
Represent in, and advise on, all legal claims and disputes that fall under labor-related litigation section scope of work, as instructed by management.
Review the investigations conducted by subordinates and lawsuits handled by them.
Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased, and timely investigations into complaints/allegations of fraud, wrongdoings, conflicts of interest, or abuse committed by employees.
Draft memoranda of defense and/or statements of claims in all types of labor cases related and other types of litigation assigned by management.
Develop policies and procedures to prevent fraud activities and to recover any incurred losses.
Develop and maintain confidential procedures for the handling and processing of complaints and allegations.
Identify weaknesses in the current control process and recommend enhancements.
Provide support to any MOL inspection and file grievances against any penalties imposed by MOL before the competent judiciary authorities.
Represent e& in any labor claims before the Labor court; and before the competent judiciary authorities in any criminal/civil claim that involves fraud activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in managing employee legal regulation/litigation/employee inquiry handling, etc.
