The Manager - FP&A and commercials PG is responsible for:
Supporting the Finance Director FP&A in reporting the performance of Publicis Group Middle East & Turkey to the group’s headquarters, providing insights and commentaries in line with the requirements of a publicly listed group.
Coordinating the commercial response to large scale, cross-agency RfPs and global pitches.
To deliver on these responsibilities, the Manager - FP&A and commercials is also responsible for building relationships with multiple stakeholders including:
Finance team leadership
Agencies CEOs (PG ME&T is the parent company for 9 agencies across Media and Communications)
Talent team members
Growth team
Main Tasks
Financial Planning and Analysis
Prepare periodic Rolling Forecasts in coordination with the Finance team leadership: consolidate inputs from Agencies for Country CEO and CFO’s review, analyse and identify actions needed to drive objectives.
Prepare monthly Short-Term Forecasts in coordination with the Finance team leadership: consolidate inputs for CFO’s review, track forecasting accuracy and identify areas of improvement.
Prepare monthly Actuals reporting in coordination with other Finance team leaders; analyse variances and provide commentary.
Prepare monthly Management Dashboard to Agency CEOs to provide visibility on performance vs objectives.
Commercial
Coordinate the commercial response to large scale, cross-agency RfPs and global pitches.
Rate card management: maintain pricing rate cards across agencies and solutions and conduct periodical review in line with inflation requirements.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in leading finance functions including meaningful experience in FP&A.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is advantageous.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role.
Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning and decision support.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
