Job Description: The Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager will support all aspects of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, tax management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for financial reporting, compliance with IFRS, managing audits, and supporting financial teams.
  2. Generate and submit financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and improve process efficiencies in financial services.
  3. Oversee general ledger management and financial reporting in real estate, ensuring compliance with UAE standards while leading a team of accounting professionals.
  4. Analyze data for strategic decisions, develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders for process optimization.
  5. Oversee MIS reporting, financial reporting, data management, forecasting, and team leadership while providing strategic insights and stakeholder management.
  6. Track key performance indicators, create dashboards and reports, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure budget compliance for IT projects.
  7. Support HR Digital Transformation projects, implement Oracle Cloud, automate processes, manage reporting, and train teams on systems.
  8. Responsible for month-end FTP processes, data reconciliation, user acceptance testing, and supporting optimal system functionality.
  9. Manage financial reporting, compliance, and audits while ensuring adherence to IFRS and VAT regulations.
  10. Manage customer experience programs, implement service standards, analyze data insights, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective reporting and leadership.
  11. Responsible for compliance management, regulatory relationships, training, and AML/KYC checks.
  12. Support Workforce Operations management, implement solutions, manage reporting, and possess analytical skills.
  13. Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor marketing performance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Qualified accountant with multi-currency consolidation experience.
  2. Requires ACA/CPA/ACCA qualification and strong analytical skills.
  3. Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
