KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Financial Analysis and Decision-Making Support
3. Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting

5. Operational Efficiency and Tool Optimization

What You'll Do:

1. Manage cross-functional teams with authority
2. Perform financial modelling and data analytics
3. Diagnose complex challenges and deliver solutions in time-sensitive environments
4. Transform data into compelling insights and recommendations through dashboards, charts, and presentations
5. Understand early business indicators to guide decision-making and achieve financial targets
6. Be responsible for financial costing and forecasting
7. Strong systems aptitude with advanced technical skills in Excel and Power BI

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications: CA / ACMA / ACCA (or equivalent) are preferred.
3. Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
4. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles. Industry experience in FMCG is mandatory.
5. Attributes: Thrives under pressure, goal-oriented, adaptable, and detail-driven.
6. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
7. Proficient with ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP.
8. Expertise in financial reporting tools and technologies.
