Job Title: Manager Financial Analysis

Reporting: Senior Manager FP&A

Location: Ras-Al-Khaimah

Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Provide variance analysis and financial insights to drive business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Partner with business units to analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
  • Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Play a vital role in ERP system automation.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Support strategic projects, business case development, and scenario planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams for month-end close and financial reporting activities.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Well-versed finance professional with 5+ years of experience in FP&A/ financial analysis at a corporate level.
  • Background in the tourism industry is preferred.
  • Financial modelling and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, or similar).
  • Exposure to any ERP automation /migration.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
