Manager - Finance (COB)

Ensure appropriate financial oversight of the business unit.

1. Steward performance of companies under the Culinary, Oils & Fats, and Beauty verticals, highlight gaps and suggest corrective actions.
2. Act as a business partner to Business finance teams and CEOs to identify risks and opportunities to proactively support value creation.
3. Support the Director of Finance in managing the group as well as Business finance matters.
4. Actively participate in the development of Annual Business Plans of assigned Business Units.
5. Help develop and monitor forward-looking business metrics.
6. Help ensure financial discipline and working capital management, monitor capital expenditure, and help enforce strict credit control.
7. Monitor effective management of foreign currency, interest, and counterparty risks.
8. Help devise risk management strategies.
9. Support with strategizing and implementation of group-wide special initiatives.
10. Critically examine existing systems, workflows, procedures, policies, controls, and suggest improvements.

Work Experience Requirement

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in FMCG/manufacturing environment.

Qualification

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent Financial Degree.
