Job Description:

1. Preparation & Finalization: Preparation & finalization of annual budgets, rolling forecast & estimates, 3 years business plan.
2. Sales & Markdown Phasing: Monthwise, Day wise, Eventwise.
3. Financial Feasibility: Preparation & alignment with management team – New Stores, Renewals, Closure.
4. PNL Reviews: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including PNL & balance sheet – Monthly.
5. Review & timely reporting of MTD & YTD storewise PNL, B&M and Ecom PNL.
6. Provide actionable insight and recommendation based on financial performance analysis.
7. Variance analysis preparation & discussion with leadership team.
8. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards & other regulatory requirements.
9. Overheads Control & Inventory Management:
10. Monitor & control operating expenses across retail, office & warehouse locations.
11. Involve in vendor negotiation for capex & non-trade procurement.
12. Stock shrinkage & damages control, adherence to SOP.
13. Timely & effective liquidation of aging inventory.
14. Monitoring & controlling markdown spend.
15. Team Management:
16. Supporting FOL & cross-functional team in managing finance & business operations effectively.
17. Guide & manage Store Audit team, ensure compliance on BOE parameters.
18. Support concept & corporate finance team in driving business objectives, various projects & functional efficiency.
19. Business Performance Analysis:
20. Analyze key performance indicators to evaluate business health & performance.
21. Support decision making with scenario planning & financial modelling.
22. Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth and operational efficiency.
23. Leverage technology to streamline operation & cost reduction.
24. Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax & other financial regulations.
25. Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks.
26. Review & finalization of contract and agreements in discussion with business & legal team.
27. Provide adequate and timely support for internal & external audit.
28. Internal controls, adherence to company DOA’s, policies and SOP.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelors in Commerce.
2. Chartered Accountant (Batch 2013 to 2015).
3. More than 3 years experience in FP&A.
