Manager - Finance and Procurement Business Partner

The Finance and Procurement Business Partner will connect internal teams, external finance, and procurement functions to align financial planning, reporting, and procurement strategies with organizational objectives. This role ensures effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making across finance and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management

  • Act as the main liaison for finance functions, managing budgeting, reporting, and financial performance insights.
  • Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting, including monthly statements and forecasts.
  • Monitor cash flow and risks, delivering actionable insights to support business objectives.

Procurement Strategy

  • Align procurement activities with financial and business goals, optimizing vendor relationships and contract terms.
  • Oversee procurement processes for compliance, cost-effectiveness, and risk management.
  • Drive procurement planning to support financial goals and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between business units, finance, and procurement teams to ensure strategy alignment.
  • Advise management on finance and procurement strategies, translating insights into actions.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to resolve finance and procurement queries.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze finance and procurement data to support informed, efficiency-driven decisions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of performance reports to management, supporting resource optimization and goal achievement.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other tasks as needed, handling confidential matters with discretion.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in finance or procurement roles, ideally with outsourced team management experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial planning, reporting, procurement, data analysis, and stakeholder management; familiarity with compliance and risk management standards.

This role requires a strong communicator and analytical thinker to bridge finance and procurement efforts, driving operational efficiency and organizational alignment.
