A leading technology-driven organization in UAE (Northern Emirate) in the construction sector, reputed for its quality products and services in insulation, marble products, concrete blocks, ceramic tiles, and much more.

They are now hiring for one of our subsidiaries (Marble & Tiles Factory).

Finance & Accounts Manager

Qualified to CA or CPA.

Experience - minimum 10 years in Construction / Tiles and Marble factory or related to manufacturing.

Skills required

• An analytical mind with leadership qualities and strong personalities.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Commercial and business awareness.
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal (English and Arabic).
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
• Ability to stick to time constraints.

Job Profile

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Capable of handling accounting consolidation independently including managing sizeable quantum of inter-company transactions including reconciliations.
• Manage and oversee the Treasury function of multiple units.
• Manage and oversee VAT accounting and returns.
• Manage and oversee product costing and profitability of multiple process products (desirable – any exposure to building material and processes).
• Ability to establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles (prior exposure desirable).
• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information, predicting future financial trends.
• Reporting to management and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, accounts receivables, expenses etc. and help management develop business plans based on these reports.
• Preparing, reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
• Analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Strong IFRS knowledge.
