Responsibilities:

1. CA who can lead and mentor Finance Business Partners across all finance verticals.
2. Controllership for the BU within the group and act as SPOC for all engagements with shared services partners.
3. Oversee the end-to-end finance function and manage overall P&L.
4. Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of returns.
5. Monitor key financial KPIs and ensure budget alignment.
6. Oversee daily financial operations (AP, AR, GL) while ensuring compliance.
7. Coordinate monthly book closing activities and financial reporting.
8. Conduct in-depth P&L analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
9. Play a crucial role in the annual budgeting process in collaboration with stakeholders.
10. Drive a culture of automation and implement business process improvements.
11. Lead strategic ERP implementation and other critical projects.
