Job Description

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
• Analyze financial data and provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage the budgeting process and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor and control costs to achieve financial objectives.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support business goals and objectives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance management role.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
