Oversee Daily Facility Operations: Ensure that all facility functions, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping, run smoothly and efficiently to provide a safe and comfortable environment for employees, tenants, or visitors.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy for all critical building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, and generators, to minimize downtime and avoid costly repairs.
Security & Access Control: Maintain and enhance CCTV, access control systems, and security patrol protocols to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of personnel and assets. Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for crisis management and theft prevention.
Energy & Sustainability Initiatives: Implement energy-efficient solutions such as LED lighting, smart HVAC controls, and water-saving fixtures to reduce operational costs and enhance sustainability.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Supervise external service providers, ensuring timely execution of facility maintenance contracts, including janitorial, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
