Manager – Energy, Utilities, Resources & Infrastructure

Location – Dubai

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Energy, Utilities, Resources and Infrastructures transactions
• Perform commercial due diligences (infra and industry sector)
• Advise clients on M&A in Utilities, Resources and Infrastructure
• Lead PPP advisory / O&M asset management mandates
• Develop and review business models, market studies, issue project reports & other documentation as per requirements of a mandate
• Conduct operational and financial analysis for companies in energy water infra sector transition / transformation

Requirements

• Demonstrable insights in due diligence projects, transactions, PPP development related to energy or water transactions (hydrogen, renewable energies, thermal power, desalination, and / or other infrastructure developments)
• Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment and ability to act independently
• At least 6-8 years of working experience in PPP advisory, transaction, commercial due diligence, M&A, management consultancy investment funds, investment advisory, with an established reputation and network in multiple sectors, preferably in the Middle East
